To be admitted, you must demonstrate that you either have an annual income of at least CHF 80,000 or assets of at least CHF 80,000. This requirement serves to protect both investors and entrepreneurs and ensures that investments are made on a solid basis. In addition, every prospective investor requires a recommendation from within the existing network. Exceptions may be granted.

With Luminid, you invest directly in the respective project — without intermediaries. At no point is Luminid involved in the payment flow; all financial transactions occur exclusively and directly between the participating parties.

As part of the onboarding process, all investors undertake to treat all information received via the project platform as strictly confidential. This ensures that sensitive business data remains protected and that you, as an investor, receive a reliable and professional basis for your investment decisions.
