To be admitted, you must demonstrate that you either have an annual income of at least CHF 80,000 or assets of at least CHF 80,000. This requirement serves to protect both investors and entrepreneurs and ensures that investments are made on a solid basis. In addition, every prospective investor requires a recommendation from within the existing network.
